This way of working is not easy. It was experienced in fact as being at times: “very time consuming, perfecting the resolution, word smithing, gaining consensus voting etc.”.
This emergent approach, or process to creating strategy created additional pressure on some to complete their normal duties, given staff absence, new job roles etc.
"There was a lot of pressure particularly with workload"... You've got all this work to do, new job, new responsibilities to learn, but this (work co-creating strategy) is still a priority. You know you can only juggle so many priorities".
" So there has to be an expectation that we can't always be there". There is that work/life balance but having to manage that and your job and the Discovery process as well... that was an interesting challenge".
