There now follows some feedback describing how people felt initially about embarking on this journey.  Peoples' statements, in italics summarise why they decided to join this strategic undertaking and work with the Group Senior Management Team.

Using this approach we were able to compare and build on our different perspectives views of this topic, exploring more deeply our reactions and our responses to that.
